As each bag is made to order, the production time typically takes 4-7 business days + 2-7 business days for shipping. We want to ensure every detail is perfect, so please allow us time to craft your custom bag.

I cannot place order via customizer. What should I do?

It's not a problem if you cannot customize the product the way you want. Just reach out to us via Instagram DM, and we can place your order through chat.

Can I return or exchange my custom-made bag?


Since each bag is made to order and customized for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
